The Columbia Academy Boys Cross Country team dominated the Presbyterian Christian School Invitational in Hattiesburg Monday. The Cougars placed all 5 scoring runners in the top-13 beating 2nd place Jackson Prep by 16 points. Jon Luke Watts finished 1st in a National Elite time of 16:19 for the 5K course. Michael Reid finished 4th, with Tyler Berry, 9th, Trevor Dixon, 11th, and Luke Coleman 13th.
Columbia Academy Boys also won the Jackson Academy Invitational on August 27th to kick off the MAIS Cross Country season. The next MAIS meet on the schedule is the Jackson Prep Invitational on Monday, September 17 @ Choctaw Trails in Clinton, MS.
