Williams signs with Belhaven

Riverfield Raider John Henry Williams #77 signed with Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi to play football. John is the son of Bob and Jan Williams of Rayville, Louisiana.

BASEBALL SHOUT OUTS

**Magnolia Heights senior Colin Liles struck out 11 in a complete game win over Washington. Liles also picked up two hits at the plate.

**Central Private senior Brennan Fucich struck out 9 in a 9-2 win over Centreville and 8 in a 6-1 win over Marshall.

**Tri-County senior Derek Martin struck out 10 and hit a home-run in an 8-2 win over Bayou.

**Glenbrook's Spencer White pitched a perfect game in a 13-0 win over Ben's Ford.

**Jackson Prep pitcher Noah Hughes improved to 11-0 in a 5-4 win over MRA.

**Central Private senior Blake Chelette went 2 for 3 and 4 RBI's in a 6-1 win over Marshall.

**Magnolia Heights freshman Dustin Skelton went 3 for 4 and an RBI in a 6-1 win over Washington.

**Tri-County Academy won their first ever state baseball title.

**Jackson Prep's Cade Noble struck out 10 in a 10-0 win over Jackson Academy and improved to 8-1 in a 5-1 win over MRA.

**Central Private's Brad Miller went 2 for 3 and 2 RBI's in an 8-2 win over Centreville.

**Jackson Prep won their 14th state baseball championship.

**Central Private won their 12th state baseball championship.

**Magnolia Heights finished the season at 37-0 and have won 41 straight games dating back to the 2012 season.
