The Class AA State Championship series starts Tuesday and most believe there is no question that the best of three event is between the two very best teams in Class AA. Top ranked and defending state champion Centreville (25-5) will host second ranked Marshall (20-15) in game one before the series shifts to Holly Springs on Friday evening. Centreville has announced that LSU signee Hunter Devall will get the start for the Tigers in game one while Marshall head coach Bart Jenkins was undecided between Aaron McAlexander, Cole Davis or Kevin Fitzpatrick as of Monday afternoon.
Game two and three (if necessary) on Friday will be featured by Southern Sports & Travel.
