Coach Watts has previously coached at Centreville
Academy and Parklane Academy. While at Parklane Academy, his teams won a AAA State
and Overall State Championship in 1982, and an Overall State Championship in

he has won seven of eight State AA Championships from 2003 until 2011, six of
which were consecutive. Watts stated, “I am extremely happy and excited to be
here. I feel like the community is ready to move forward and that is my
objective.”
Next year Columbia Academy will be moving up
within the MAIS to the classification of AAA, Division II. Columbia
Academy is pleased and excited to have Coach Watts lead our program while this
change is made. Both the High School Girls’ and the Junior High Girls’
